Sulzbacher

Simes & Rosch Engineering has teamed up with PQH Group Design Inc. on the Sulzbacher Enterprise project. Sulzbacher Enterprise Village is a multi-phase mixed use campus in Jacksonville, that combines housing, healthcare, workforce development, and employment opportunities within a single community-focused environment. Simes & Rosch sprcifically performed the MEP design for the Clinical Services Building and the Job Training Facility.

The 3-story, 35,000 square foot Clinical Services Building provides, medical services, dental care, pharmacy services, and social services. The 14,600 square foot Job Training Facility supplies, culinary and hospitality training, construction trade education, hands-on workforce development programs, and employment opportunities.
