Fire Station #39 is located on the north bank of the St. Johns River, directly across from EverBank Stadium, this new fire station provides critical marine response capabilities in support of the continued growth of Jacksonville’s entertainment district. The facility is also designed to serve as a multi-functional space for downtown events. 

Simes & Rosch Engineering is proud to partner with LS3P Associates LTD. and Auld & White Constructors on the design-build effort of Fire Station 39 for the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. (JFRD)

To date, the project has earned two AIA design awards from both the Wilmington, NC and Jacksonville, FL chapters and is on track to earn a “Silver” certificate from the Florida Green Building Coalition’s Green Commercial Building Standard.
