Greenville County Administration Building

Simes & Rosch is providing engineering design services for this new $75 million, 250,000 square foot office building for the consolidation of Greenville County’s government offices along University Ridge in Downtown Greenville.

This state-of-the-art building was designed by world renowned architects Foster and Partners based out of London and Nelson Worldwide headquartered in Minneapolis (offices in Jacksonville).
