Greenville County Administration Building

Simes & Rosch is providing engineering design services for this new $65 million, 250,000 square foot office building for the consolidation of Greenville County’s government offices along University Ridge in Downtown Greenville.

This state-of-the-art building was designed by world renowned architects Foster and Partners based out of London and Nelson Worldwide headquartered in Minneapolis (offices in Jacksonville).

The building will feature LED lighting with advance lighting controls fully integrated into the facility’s building management system. Project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in early 2023.
