Simes & Rosch Engineering has teamed up with LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. and Fite Building Company to serve the Southeast division of Vermeer Corporation construction equipment, for design and construction of the new Vermeer Madison – Sales and Service Center. Located in Madison, AL, this new location for Vermeer Southeast Sales & Svc, Inc. will provide construction equipment sales and service support for the ever-developing construction trade in the Madison AL region.

The facility incorporates a single-story office building which includes administrative areas, sales floor, training room, parts inventory and a connected 9-bay service center. Additionally, a separate combination storage facility and equipment-washing station was designed. Construction is slated to be completed in 2026. In addition to the Madison facility, Simes & Rosch Engineering is designing other similar facilities for Vermeer SE in St. Augustine, FL and Buford GA as Vermeer continues to grow and expand.
